Summary0000994: Not all files extracted from archive
DescriptionWhen extracting files from archive after first file exists dialog if you'll choose "skip all" no more files will be extracted. In same time copying files works fine - will be skipped only existing files.
Steps To Reproduce1. Create two files in a test folder: file1.txt and file2.txt
2. Pack files using any archiver (zip is ok but you can use any - looks like it's not a specific archiver dll issue)
3. Delete file2.txt
4. Open in one panel archived files (sorted by name), in second panel folder with file1.txt
5. Select all files to extract to folder with file1.txt
6. Choose "Skip all" from "file already exists" dialog
7. You'll have only file1.txt file in this folder

if you'll do the same steps but just copying files to another folder instead of packing them you'll have both files and that will be correct.
