Summary0001650: Viewer - separate the window from the main window
DescriptionCurrently when I switch with Alt-Tab to Viewer, the whole DC is brought to top. This makes it harder to use the Viewer with other applications when you need to switch between them - you need to care about the main window position too on the screen. It would be good to separate the Viewer window from the main window like the Total Commander does, so that the Alt-Tab does not bring the main window to top when switched to Viewer, but just the Viewer window goes to top.

The solution of this issue might be related to issue 0001622.

Works fine with DC 0.7.8.

I have tested this on DC 0.7.8 build 7400M x86_64-Win64-win32/win64 on Windows 7 SP1 x86_64.

When I switch with Alt+TAB from Eclipse to DC Internal Viewer, the DC main window gets over Eclipse: the Viewer is on top, the DC main window is lower and the Eclipse window is at bottom.

Moreover when I switch to DC Internal Viewer with Alt+TAB, next try with Alt+TAB switches to DC main window and not to Eclipse. This confirms that the DC main window is still coupled with DC Internal Viewer.

Desired is that the DC main window stays at bottom, the Eclipse window is in the middle and the Viewer window is on top.

Tested with DC 0.8.4, looks like fixed - when Alt-TAB to DC Internal Viewer, just the viewer gets to top.
