| Description | NTFS attributes (Compressed and Encrypted) are not copied when set for original file. About Encrypted attribute - I think there must be an user query dialog to copy this attribute or do not. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Create fodler TEST1 your NTFS disk and enter it Create file FILE1.TXT with some data and set Compressed attribute Create file FILE2.TXT with some data and set Encrypted attribute Exit to the parent folder and copy fodler TEST1 to TEST2 on (same) NTFS disk You'll have: FILE1.TXT and FILE2.TXT with no Compressed / Encrypted attributes set | ||||
| Additional Information | It is very important to copy those NTFS attributes because currently there are no native way to copy files with those attributes, only setting them again manually. | ||||

Still not fixed. Since 2012 (!) (bug 0000313) Is it so hard to resolve? UPD 18.8.2018: Still not fixed. |

It's not so easy. These attributes are mutually exclusive. Needs to take this into account when copying. |

I see this now as fixed - is it possible, perhaps, to add "copy NTFS permissions" also to Sync directories dialog (right before start syncing, after comparison done on two folders (invoking cm_syncdir) - just like it's possible with TC? |
