In Free Commander you can set TeraCopy as your copy/move app with (setting in "ini" file):

FileMovePrg=..\teracopy\teracopy.exe Move *%ActivSelAsFile% "%InactivDir%"
FileCopyPrg=..\teracopy\teracopy.exe Copy *%ActivSelAsFile% "%InactivDir%"

This would be a great add-on (allowing users to pick which program to copy/move with) and if you can find an open source one (like Copy Handler (http://www.copyhandler.com/)), you can just use that in place of coding an entirely new app!
