Here are development versions of plugins for DC packaged into a single archive.
Double Commander 0.5.5 rev. 3799 or higher required for these plugins to work.

Linux 32-bit v0.5.5 r4943 (16.09.2012)
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Linux-i386.tar.bz2
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Linux-i386.tar.bz2

Linux 64-bit v0.5.5 r4943 (16.09.2012)
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Linux-x86_64.tar.bz2
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Linux-x86_64.tar.bz2

Windows 32bit v0.5.5 r4943 (10.09.2012)
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Windows-i386.7z
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Windows-i386.7z

Windows 64bit v0.5.5 r4943 (10.09.2012)
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Windows-x86_64.7z
DC-plugins-v0.5.5-r4943-Windows-x86_64.7z

----------------------------------------------------------------
External libraries needed:
- libbz2 for zip plugin
- libunrar for unrar plugin

Windows - libbz2 1.0.5, libunrar 3.9.10 (updated 14.04.2010)
libs-win32.7z
libs-win64.7z

Linux - libbz2 1.0.6, libunrar 4.05 (updated 31.01.2011)
Usually those libraries are available from packages in each distribution. Use the libs below if you don't have them. It is required to have "libbz2.so.1.0" symlink. If you have "libbz2" package installed by your distribution make sure you have one.
libs-linux32.tar.bz2
libs-linux64.tar.bz2

By default (for version >= 0.4.6 and if you install from package) plugins is located in /usr/lib/doublecmd/plugins. But you can put it in any folder and configure paths in options dialog.

They were once included in nightly builds, but they were getting broken often. I think it was too much of a hassle for the maintainer so he removed them.
I will update the plugins in a few days.
